You start the day with a nice cup of coffee and meet some colleagues for a chat. Then you receive visitors who have an appointment. You show them to the meeting room, which you have prepared as well. Then you check the various mailboxes you manage for the car fleet and reception. There is the mailman! You distribute the mail and make sure it reaches the right department. Meanwhile, it is lunchtime and you notice that the coffee machine needs refilling. You place the necessary orders and restock the supplies. The day is almost over but you schedule in another meeting to sit down with the project managers to discuss the insurance files.
You are the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
