Guy Mertens

Guy joined Frank Buysse in the early days of Buysse & Partners. He is responsible for the real estate investment strategy, covering both the iconic (Smart Assets) and residential (Smart Living) real estate portfolio. Before joining Buysse & Partners, Guy worked at KBC bank in Brussels, London and Hong Kong and gained industry experience running operations at Aviapartner, a global logistics firm. He is member of the Board of Directors of Twikit, Global Port Training and Revive Brownfield Fund II, where he acts as Chairman of the Board. Guy holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Ghent and a Master in Real Estate from the University of Leuven
