Frank Vastmans (business engineer and master of statistics) his main research topic is the analyses of the housing market by a combination of econometric modelling (e.g. hedonic house price analysis) and economic theory. His research covers many interrelated fields as well (spatial planning, energy, urban economics) and is often policy oriented.
