Anneleen Desmyter is CEO of Yally (=Your Ally). Yally was founded about 1 year ago together with Belfius, Gimv and TINC. As a residential landlord of the future, Yally puts maximum focus on the tenant’s comfort and lowering the total cost of living by integrating smart techniques in the houses, reducing energy bills and an all-in service via the online portal Mijn.Yally.be. Within the year, Yally has already built a portfolio of around EUR 25m, with existing houses and flats in and around central cities in Flanders.
Anneleen has been active in real estate for 25 years where she started several initiatives. In 2004, she co-founded the Group Quares, a multidisciplinary player in real estate and real estate funds. In 2013, under Quares, she floated Qrf City Retail, a retail real estate fund. She was CEO of GVV until 2019. Today, she is also active as a director at Cofinimmo, a BEL-20 healthcare real estate company. Anneleen Desmyter also sits on the Advisory Board of the Christiaens Group (construction and residential developments) and the Cure Care Network.
