Even more than the residential property market, the office market is undergoing a profound transformation. Covid has accelerated this one even more. We work differently and therefore have different demands on our workplace. Moreover, a significant proportion of the office stock is at risk of becoming redundant. Where does the future of office buildings lie and what does the office of the future look like? Renovation into state-of-the art sustainable working environment, reconversion into residential property, or demolition? Or are other uses possible? And where do we want to build new offices?
