Stéphan Sonneville

Stéphan SONNEVILLE has been Chief Executive Office of ATENOR since March, 2005. He started his career in 1986 at PWC, first as Auditor and then as Senior Auditor. He began to work for ATENOR in 1990 as Internal Auditor, then as Development Manager  and then became General Manager. He has been  appointed as Chief Executive Officer for more than 18 years now. He is the originator of the Management buy-out of ATENOR in 1997 and is himself part of the Shareholder Agreement. Under his leadership, ATENOR has focused on real estate activities and grown successfully to 10 European countries. ATENOR has develop now a portfolio of around 1,2 million square meters made up of high quality mixed real estate projects. He is active within professionnal associations such as UPSI-BVS (as President “ Professional Union of the Real Estate Sector in Belgium”) and Brussels Enterprises Commerce and Industry – BECI (as Director). Stéphan SONNEVILLE was born in 1963 in Namur. He is the father of four children. He obtained in 1986 a MBA at Solvay Business School in Brussels as well as a Master in Taxation  in 1988.
