Covid Safe Ticket
For our event visitors need to have a valid Covid Safe Ticket. A visitor gets a valid Covid Safe Ticket when:
- He is in possession of a vaccination certificate, and has been vaccinated for more than 2 weeks
- He has a recovery certificate of less than 6 months
- He has had a PCR test done, with a negative result, max. 2 days before the event
- He has had a rapid antigen test done by medically trained personnel, max. 1 day before the event.
Stay home if you feel ill
Finally, as much as we want to see you at our events, we kindly ask you to respect everyone’s health and safety. If you feel at all ill – including mild cold symptoms or a high temperature – please stay at home.
Disinfection
All surfaces at an Easyfairs event are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants. The most frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected at regular intervals. Electrostatic spraying technology ensures the highest
standards of hygiene.
Hand hygiene
Hand sanitiser stations will be available everywhere on the exhibition floor and in common areas such as seminar theatres. Please make good use of them!
Food & drinks
You can still purchase food and drinks at our events and venues. Our caterers will respect all the security rules that are imposed by the government.
Cashless payment
To protect your personal health and safety, we only accept cashless payments at Easyfairs venues.
Partnership SGS
Easyfairs has entered into a partnership with SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. Concret, they will develop a control and monitoring program to ensure the enhanced safety, hygiene and disinfection protocols on the events and in the venues.
Ventilation
We provide the necessary CO2 meters in all our halls and ensure adequate ventilation.
