Brecht Vandekerckhove is a geographer-urban planner and director of Atelier Romain. Brecht has over 20 years of experience in spatial research and policy studies at different scales, especially in the field of housing market analysis. The relationship between demographics, housing typology, affordability and site selection are central to his work. Among other things, he was responsible for the housing studies of Kortrijk, Leuven and Ghent.
