The Real Estate Society (RES) has the honour to announce the second edition of the RES Awards, which aims to celebrate Project Development Excellence during the REALTY fair in Knokke.
In 2018, the Real Estate Society (RES) has awarded its first-ever RES Awards. The awards went to three projects in Belgium in three categories based on excellence and achievement in real estate project development. Brussels’ Herman Teirlinck building, Ghent’s De Krook and Antwerp’s Groen Kwartier were the worthy winners of the first-ever RES Awards.
The competition for 2019 is open for all real estate developments with a size over 5.000 gross square meters above ground in Belgium, which were delivered between the 1st of February 2018 and the 1st of July 2019. The project can enter the competition under one of the following categories:
- Best Residential Development
- Best (semi-)Public Development
- Best Development for Institutional Investors
How to apply?
Candidates can apply by filing the Entry Form before the 20th of June 2019.
In July 2019, a preselection of nominees (3 for each category) will be done by a professional and independent jury.
Before the ceremony on the 19th of September 2019, a professional and independent jury composed of top real estate professionals,
will vote for a winner in each category.
After the ceremony, a closing walking dinner will be held in cooperation with REALTY, where a few hundred real estate stakeholders will meet.
