The most important challenges we are facing are demographic growth, mobility, the ageing population, the return to the cities, and ‘the cities of tomorrow’.
Public and private players have to work closely together to get the necessary permits from the cities and communes. That interaction is very important, and that’s also why it is useful and necessary to have both sides present at Realty, to brainstorm about this.
