Head of Development , Alides
Trui Tydgat is economist and urbanist. She began her career at the City of Ghent and as director of the City Development Agency of Kortrijk. With her years of expertise in real estate and public government she made the switch to private development. In her function of business manager Matexi East-Flanders she focused on large-scale projects, innercity development and PPP (eg. Leopoldskazerne Ghent). In 2022 she joined Alides (Group Maes – Ghent) as Head of Development.
Alides is a real estate investor and developer. Keymission is creating homes, offices and neighbourhoods at strategic locations – with attention to quality, sustainability and innovation.
