Sheelam Chadha, 40, is currently the Country Director for Belgium for Atenor, a listed European developer with almost 1.3mio sq m all over Europe and around 310.000 sqm in the pipeline for Belgium. She recently joined Atenor and was previously head of the transaction department for Patrizia for Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as Triuva and IVG and was carried out almost EUR 2bn of transactions since 2011 for institutional investors in the office, residential, logistic and retail markets.
Sheelam holds three nationalities (UK, Canada and Belgium) and originally comes from London, UK. She studied at London Guildhall University and completed her post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School and London School of Economics.
