Jean-Baptiste Van Ex was born in Brussels on February 21, 1977. He is married and has three sons.
He graduated from the Louvain School of Management.
After his studies, he worked in London and Paris for financial companies and joined Bank Degroof in 2004. He was successively Financial Analyst, Director in charge of real estate and finally Managing Partner.
Jean-Baptiste is active in numerous real estate companies and charitable associations and is one of the initiator of the listed company Inclusio. In 2020, he decided to leave the Bank to set up an entrepreneurial project and on December 31, 2020, Vicinity Affordable Housing Fund was born.
