Are you looking for a new challenge with lots of contacts (B2B), administration, and where you can develop your commercial skills? Become our new Front Office Manager and become part of a young and dynamic company. Long experience is not required, but very good linguistic (EN/FR/NL), administrative and interpersonal skills are a MUST.

Your profile:
Do not worry, we are not focused on the professional or educational background.

We look for motivated, loyal people with the following skills:
– Good language skills: EN, NL, FR (notions are not an option)
– Perfect presentation: classic outfit! (no jeans nor any casual wear) ,
– Strong administrative skills
– Good interpersonal skills
– Excellent multitasker
– Good knowledge of the Office Pack: Work, Excel,
– Punctual, no 9 to 5 mindset and loyal
– You work alone but enjoy being in regular contact with clients
